Xboutique Rooms Marinac - Sibenik

I booked a stylish and modern room with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.

Lovely and friendly place, I greatly enjoyed to be here.

The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was brilliant. The rooms were all spacious and modern with an extra comfy bed, the large walk in shower, as for instance. This was a particularly good and stunning location near to the restaurants, central Sibenik, and the Cathedral. It also was in the smaller supermarket.

It met what was needed, I 100% recommend it. I really enjoyed the staff, they are very friendly.

This place is conveniently located near a pedestrian area with all main attractions, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Title: Amazing Stay with Friends!

If there's one thing we wished for, it would be more nightlife options for young party-goers. While there were some bars and clubs nearby, we were hoping for a bit more excitement and variety.

This place was definitely worth its 4 stars, we were happy with our choice, it served as a great base for exploring the area, and the host was friendly and accommodating, plus the bed was very comfortable.

As party people, we loved the vibrant location of Xboutique Residence. With supermarkets and a bakery nearby, it was convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks before heading out. the brand new facility had everything we needed, from comfortable rooms to a helpful staff. Mr Ante, his colleague, and driver Mateo went above and beyond to cater to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. With their assistance, we were able to navigate the city with ease, even while traveling with a child. we give Xboutique Residence a perfect 10/10 rating!

Felt at home, no reason to complain.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right off the street outside of the center, so close to the downtown and all the attractions. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room amenities are fantastic, with heating and air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a dining table. The free toiletries provided are a nice touch, and the room is well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The outdoor dining area is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or a drink. I couldn't ask for more!

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, right off a busy street outside of the center. the rooms are clean and modern, with good air conditioning and black, out shutters. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette with basic amenities like a fridge, sink and hob, a large walk, in shower and built, in seating. Staff were friendly and responsive.

One of the rooms had a sofa, bed instead of a normal bed, which might not be as comfortable.

During my recent Easter break, I had a wonderful experience staying at a boutique hotel in the heart of a charming coastal town. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better: it was situated right in the center, close to all the best restaurants and bars. there were plenty of supermarkets and a bakery nearby. The room was modern, clean, and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a fridge available in the facility. Another thing that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the limited parking options. It required a bit of a walk from the designated parking area to the hotel.

We were kinda surprised by the easy access to parking, just a short walk from the hotel. The location was perfect, with grocery stores, bakeries, and romantic restaurants nearby. The rooms were impeccably styled, and despite being on the ground floor, they remained cool and comfortable. We appreciated the small kitchenette, which allowed us to enjoy breakfast in our room. The personal touch of a sachet of lavender during check-out was lovely. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this stylish little hotel.
